Whenever I do one of those, ‘what would you do if you won the lottery’, what would you do if you had 3 years to live’ type writing prompts this is what comes up.
The deep peace that I have been fortunate to experience on week long retreats in the Scottish Trossachs are the most stable grounded place and conditions that I know. And the desire to create more of it.
While I have not won the lottery and will hopefully live a few more years, I have been considering what I can do.
I have been knowing I need space to offer clients counselling and psychotherapy. When I saw a room come up, I got to thinking, I could participate in and also offer some of the things I am so nourished by on retreat.
Quiet and consistent meditation. Periods of silence with no demand for chatter or conversation. Breathwork and mantra. I started to see a chance to pull together lots of parts of my previous trainings and experience.
I have also recently been enjoying art and dance so much that I would love that too. This is a small space, so for all activities the numbers

would be small. And I like that too. I see loads of lovely offerings I would have relished going to in the past, but I notice myself draw back from big spaces with a lot of people. I am needing something different, smaller and more intimate. I wonder if others are too.
I am hoping the space can be collaborative as there are whole weeks and I can’t use the space all of that time. I would love to hear from others who might like to help me use the space for the purposes I mention or perhaps other healing venture I have no thought of.
The space is in Kinross and for probably maximum 6 people.
Please get in touch if you are interested in participating or offering something in the Wee Retreat.
